陜西省橫山進(jìn)出口有限責(zé)任公司洮南工廠（下稱(chēng)工廠）吉林省洮南市。工廠由加工車(chē)間、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)車(chē)間、檢驗(yàn)室、行政辦公區(qū)、后勤保障區(qū)、裝車(chē)區(qū)等幾部分組成，占地面積為21000多平方米，設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為：精選出口綠豆2萬(wàn)噸/年，紅小豆及各類(lèi)雜豆2.5萬(wàn)噸/年。工廠擁有從英國(guó)、日本引進(jìn)的先進(jìn)糧谷精選和檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備以及國(guó)內(nèi)行業(yè)先進(jìn)的清糧機(jī)、去石機(jī)、比重機(jī)、拋光機(jī)、提升機(jī)、色選機(jī)等生產(chǎn)加工設(shè)備和檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)設(shè)備，同時(shí)采用先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝流程，從原料采購(gòu)、檢驗(yàn)、加工、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)以及銷(xiāo)售等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的過(guò)程管控，并嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001國(guó)際質(zhì)量體系、QS認(rèn)證以及HACCP食品安全體系認(rèn)證的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，確保“TAONAN”牌大明綠豆質(zhì)量精益求精，滿足客戶(hù)需求。公司產(chǎn)品出口至日本、韓國(guó)、臺(tái)灣等東南亞國(guó)家和地區(qū)，連續(xù)多年為日本最大的綠豆進(jìn)口供應(yīng)商。

The factory consists of several parts, including processing workshops, storage workshops, inspection rooms, administrative office areas, logistics support areas, loading areas, etc., covering an area of over 21,000 square meters, with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons/year of selected exported mungbeans and 25,000 tons/year of red beans and various minor beans. The factory is equipped with advanced grain selection and inspection equipment imported from the UK and Japan, as well as domestically advanced processing equipment and inspection and testing equipment such as cleaning machines, destoning machines, gravity separators, polishing machines, elevators, color sorters, etc. It adopts advanced production processes and strictly controls each step from raw material procurement, inspection, processing, storage, and sales, adhering to the standards of ISO9001 International Quality System, QS Certification, and HACCP Food Safety System Certification to ensure the quality of "TAONAN" brand mungbeans is continuously refined to meet customer needs. The company's products are exported to countries and regions such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, and it has been the largest mungbean import supplier to Japan for consecutive years.
