陜西省橫山進出口集團有限公司（以下簡稱“集團”）可追溯至1975年，是由原橫山縣糧油食品對外貿(mào)易公司改制而成。1993年姚廣龍先生上任，在他“質量鑄魂，共創(chuàng)百年”理念的帶領下，經(jīng)過三十余年不平凡的發(fā)展，集團各個投資領域都取得了不俗的業(yè)績。
創(chuàng)建伊始，集團旗下以橫山大明綠豆“HENGSHAN”為品牌，立足于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口貿(mào)易，依靠榆林地區(qū)得天獨厚的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種植資源，迅速發(fā)展壯大。先后通過ISO9001-2008國際質量體系認證、HACCP食品安全體系認證，并榮獲首批陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化重點龍頭企業(yè)、陜西省大型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通企業(yè)以及“陜西省著名商標”等多項殊榮。
自2005年以來，集團深化戰(zhàn)略轉型，實施多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略：從單純的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工出口產(chǎn)業(yè)轉變?yōu)檗r(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工及出口、地產(chǎn)、能源等多領域為主導的多元化產(chǎn)業(yè)集團；從單純的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營型企業(yè)轉變?yōu)楫a(chǎn)品與融投資相結合的資本經(jīng)營型集團公司，并逐步發(fā)展成為一家跨區(qū)域、多行業(yè)，擁有完整產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，同時具備一定的國際化水平和專業(yè)化素質的綜合性投資控股集團。目前總公司在綠豆產(chǎn)業(yè)已建立榆林，西安，洮南，烏茲別克斯坦以及緬甸工廠，年產(chǎn)量近7萬噸，集團現(xiàn)有總資產(chǎn)50億元人民幣，年產(chǎn)值近26億元人民幣。

Shaanxi Hengshan Import & Export Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") can trace its origins back to 1975 and was formed through the restructuring of the former Hengshan County Grain, Oil, and Food Foreign Trade Company. In 1993, Mr. Yao Guanglong took the helm, and under his guidance, embracing the philosophy of "Quality Forges the Soul, Together We Build a Century-Lasting Enterprise," the Group has achieved remarkable results in various investment sectors over more than three decades of extraordinary development.
At the beginning of its establishment, the Group, with "HENGSHAN", a brand of Hengshan Daming Mungbean, focused on agricultural product export trade and rapidly grew relying on the unique agricultural product planting resources in the Yulin area. It has successively passed ISO9001-2008 International Quality System Certification and HACCP Food Safety System Certification, and has won multiple honors such as the first batch of key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi Province, large agricultural product circulation enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and "Famous Brand in Shaanxi Province".
Since 2005, the Group has deepened its strategic transformation and implemented a diversified development strategy: transforming from a purely agricultural product processing and export industry to a diversified industrial group dominated by agricultural product processing and export, real estate, mining, and other fields; transforming from a purely product-operating enterprise to a capital-operating group company that combines product and investment and financing, and gradually developing into a cross-regional, multi-industry, comprehensive investment holding group with a complete industrial chain and a certain level of internationalization and professional quality. Currently, the headquarters has established factories in Yulin, Xi'an, Taonan, Uzbekistan, and Myanmar in the mungbean industry, with an annual output of nearly 70,000 tons. The Group has a total asset of 5 billion yuan and an annual output value of nearly 2.6 billion yuan.
