陜西省橫山進出口有限責任公司洮南工廠（下稱工廠）吉林省洮南市。工廠由加工車間、倉儲車間、檢驗室、行政辦公區(qū)、后勤保障區(qū)、裝車區(qū)等幾部分組成，占地面積為21000多平方米，設計規(guī)模為：精選出口綠豆2萬噸/年，紅小豆及各類雜豆2.5萬噸/年。工廠擁有從英國、日本引進的先進糧谷精選和檢驗設備以及國內行業(yè)先進的清糧機、去石機、比重機、拋光機、提升機、色選機等生產加工設備和檢驗檢測設備，同時采用先進的生產工藝流程，從原料采購、檢驗、加工、倉儲以及銷售等各個環(huán)節(jié)都進行嚴格的過程管控，并嚴格按照ISO9001國際質量體系、QS認證以及HACCP食品安全體系認證的標準控制產品質量，確保“TAONAN”牌大明綠豆質量精益求精，滿足客戶需求。公司產品出口至日本、韓國、臺灣等東南亞國家和地區(qū)，連續(xù)多年為日本最大的綠豆進口供應商。
